Multi-Cultural Management Classes

Kumusta! We just finshed up two weeks of Language & Culture Acquisition classes, and I thought it would be good to let everybody know some of the other classes we have taken/will be taking. The classes are broken up into "modules", which can be as short as one day or as long as a couple of weeks. Here are the modules in chronological order:

Completed Modules:

  • Self-management
  • Career Counseling
  • Organizational Culture
  • Interpersonal Skills & Team Building
  • Language and Culture Acquisition
Future Modules:
  • Coaching
  • Public Affairs/Government Relations
  • Transitions/Dealing with Change
  • Personnel Management
  • Crisis Management & Contingency Preparation
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Cross-Cultural Management
  • Managing Language Projects
  • Family Issues
  • Organizational Communications Issues
  • Finance for Managers
  • Project Funding

Sorry guys, I'm not the one that made up the curriculum. If I had, there would also be classes on "Filling Cups to the Brim", "Pulling out a Dream Come True", and "Coffee for only a Nickle: the Matt Foley Path to Success".
