The BSOD

To the casual computer user, it's just a momentary annoyance. To the true geek, however, it's known as "The Blue Screen of Death". And our little Toshiba laptop has suffered through many of them over the last few weeks, and we have some computer guys checking it out right now.

No joke: there are some people in this World that love reading this stuff.

We pretty much rely on the Toshiba for all of our web-page stuff, Ellen's email, pictures, music, and newsletters, so not having it up to speed has set us back quite a bit. Fortunately, though, Ellen's dad gave us his old reliable laptop before we left, which has proved itself as a reliable substitute. Thank goodness for this little guy--he's been a lifesaver!

By the way: we are working hard to get our 2nd annual Thanksgiving card out. It's going to have a lot of new pictures in it! If you have moved since last February, make sure we have your new address!
