Christmas Tree 2009!

This year it was so much fun to hang ornaments as a family. This was the first time that Davis was really into it and kept hanging and hanging them until we were finished!

We had a perfectionist ornament hanger on our hands though. He became very frustrated if it wasn't easy to put on the branches. Thankfully, we had a lot that he was able to do. (and only 2 need to be super glued back together. :))

This is where you could find Isaac for most of the ornament hanging time. -- riding his horsie! This horse was actually Dan's as a little guy, and we have a picture of it. Hmm... if only I was technologically advanced enough to use the scanner. :) I'll have to get Dan to post it.

Davis made the star last year for our tree. It was such a precious time looking at how the boys had grown, even just from the ornaments we made together last year!

Davis loved hanging all of my students ornaments on the tree. I don't know if any of them read our blog, but know that you are remembered and thought of on the Brooks family tree! Davis asked what each name was -- it was fun reminiscing about fun times teaching at Faith Academy.
