The Giant Lantern Festival

Each year at Christmas, the city of San Fernando, Philippines conducts their Giant Lantern Festival. Over 12 barangays (neighborhoods) take part in the competition.

For those of you keeping track, San Fernando is the same town where Larry and I went to see the live crucifixions.
